At 59, I discovered running could transform not just the body,

but the mind and the people around us. LOVE JOY RUN

was created to help people over 40 rediscover their strength,

build confidence, and prove that it’s never too late to start.

We run together, support each other, and run for a purpose—

building healthier lives while giving back to causes that matter.
