Why we Exist

LOVE JOY RUN was created to help adults over 40 improve their health, longevity, mobility, strength, and confidence through movement-based coaching, running, fitness, and community support.

We believe aging does not mean slowing down. Too many people struggle with low energy, weight gain, joint pain, inactivity, and loss of motivation as they get older. Our mission is to help people build healthier lifestyles through running, strength training, mobility work, endurance training, and accountability.

Whether you are starting your fitness journey, training for your first 5K, returning after injury, or looking for a supportive running and wellness community, LOVE JOY RUN provides coaching, education, and encouragement designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer.

Joy isn't toxic positivity. It's not a mandatory smile or a "good vibes only" sign on the door. It's the real thing — the unexpected lightness that shows up mid-run, when your lungs are burning, and somehow everything feels a little more okay.
